With the bulky gloves..etc, often aircrew would add something to their zipps to get a better grip and pull. Things like a long piece of leather, a drilled dice (for luck too!) or a survival whistle or even an aerial bomb tag!
So, what do you add to your jacket for that 'wee bit' of individuality, a bit of dash, and practicality?
