My friends BD tunic has "2 CMU" painted inside on the back in white paint. Any idea what this abbreviation stands for? I have found several references to this organization but nothing in plain language. I am thinking that it may stand for a construction and maintenance unit judging by some of the tasks that were performed by the unit.
