I'd be wary of some rubber stampings Philip, as its easy to just have one made. Almost every Canadian made yellow '32 Pattern Mae west I see is 1945 dated, indeed I have photos of five different and all are dated January 1945. However, did you see the bloke at Beltring with a pile of about ten of them? £250 a go, all worn and all with July 1940 dates.... I am 99% certain they were still being produced in green at that time.

As for the Mk IVb Goggles, I have a mint pair, in a box which i got for free (yes I know!!). Flip screen still in brown paper on the goggle, full spares pouch, rivets, guide plates etc, and the rubber cushions as good as they day they were made. A mate found a number of pairs in Oz

But I reiterate, that the Michael Long site does say 'representative images', meaning what you see, and what looks great, is probably not what will come in the post.
