There is info on the C Carbon and of course the Type 19. There is a nice "interior" sketch of the Type 19, showing the oil cloth and the disc, but it is labeled in reverse! It suggests the oil cloth is loose and diaphragm disc is secured with the riveted ring. But obviously not so.
I would love to get a hold of some of these APs. I viewed a number of them at the RAFM to do with flying kit. But I know they are so rare.
