Carbon Dioxide tanks are red. I am looking at one now. Nitrogen is black. I see one down the ramp that is used for aircraft tyres.

I do agree though that scuba tanks can be black and yellow but do they truly contain only oxygen? The Aviator's Breathing Oxygen tank that I am sitting next to right now is green.
