The eBay links is for a length of modern nylon (or some poly** material) webbing.
Jumpmasters webbing (2nd link) is actually cotton webbing, though not with the correct herringbone weave. It also is very stiff. Maybe after a wash and a teabath soak it will be more flexible and less white.
All in all, the last is a decent material to complete your harness, until original material turns up.
