I have to apologizebut I missed your initial post looking for a trade. If you are still interested, I do have a size 42 Eastman "RAF sweater". I bought it several years ago, and have worn and outgrown it - or just bought it too small in the first place
Athough being used, it's still in very good shape. AS I cannot rule out some shrinkage over the years, I took some measurements to give a little extra info apart from the labelled size (all measured while laid out flat):
shoulder width from sleeve to sleeve: 23in
length from collar seam to bottom edge: 25in
sleeve length from seam with cuffs fully rolled out: 19in
