Here (hopefully - I've never uploaded an image to this forum before) is a photo of Section Officer Marie Cooper, SHQ Intelligence Section, Metheringham 1944. As a jeep owner myself, I'm familiar with the long-running debate over whether RAF vehicles were painted Blue/Grey, or used the same camouflage as Army vehicles (but with RAF markings). Looking at the original photo, particularly on the mudguard, it really looks to me like this was green with black camouflage...?

you just have to keep your eyes open, id say the minx was a bit longer yes, there was a farm in ayrshire scotland with a austin on it,not sure which model it is? thats where i got mine from, lay in a field for 30 odd years before i found it
