Canadian Province or Royal Observer corps? Ottershaw is tiny place in Surrey.

Ottershaw School had an Air Cadet unit. It's a school title to them, probably 1950s.

I've just totalled up my shoulder titles, about 500 all in all, some of the eater being South Sea Isles, Switzerland, Mauritius, West Indies, Isle of Man, and some BLAV.
