I wonder how they will get around that rule since there is debate over what "natural born" means. Should they change it to "genetically born?"
What if they can show she has XX chromosomes...wait, am I wrong or is that sometimes the case with transgender, that they have male parts but female chromosomes?

The vast majority of transsexual people have chromosomes that match their gender as assigned at birth. A tiny minority have intersex conditions. However, as demonstrated by intersex conditions, chromosomes don't determine gender.
Genitals don't determine gender either.
The only way to know a persons gender is to ask them. There is no test for gender identity.
