It's a commercial starring the Tattooed Zombie guy from the Lady Gaga video.
I'm sure most of you have seen it as I am often the last to see stuff...
I have watched it maybe 3 times in the past say 6mo but I JUST realized that this commercial is NOT some weird reverse filming of an awesome fake tattoo job, where it looks like he is slowly applying a tattoo with a wash cloth, you know?
The commercial is for the make-up used to cover up his real tattoos!!!
