      Didn't that happen in New Orleans a few years ago? Or maybe it was NEW YEAR'S somewhere. Yes....very bad idea. What goes up must come down.

      I don't agree with releasing balloons either....be it for a wedding, a memorial, or anything else. Those balloons don't reach heaven, people! Ever!
