Paris Hilton is opening her second nightclub in Jacksonville Fl (of all places)...

I love my hometown, I love the people, hell, I could even tolerate Paris...but I really don't think "Club Paris" is a good fit for J/ville...yet.

I would rather see a "Hard Rock" or a "Planet Hollywood" go up first.

This town has a great musical heritage...Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Thirty Eight Special, Limp Bizkit, Yellow Card, Molly Hatchet, Blackfoot, Slim Whitman, Tim McGraw, etc,.

There are several films made in this area every year.

But (as far as I know) we have only ONE Hilton Hotel, and this club sounds kinda ritzy...How long do you think it will last?

People famous for being famous...pfffft!

We have a Trump Plaza going up on Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale. Chaps my ass, they closed down my favorite bar to make room for it, blech! They are also putting one up in Hollywood, basically they are turning Ft. Lauderdale into South Beach. If I wanted to live in South Beach I would move there!

Have you seen/heard Paris singing her new song? Is it just me or has her voice been altered so much to make it sound 'good' that it doesn't even sound like her voice at all?

My daughter said, if you don't know it's Paris, it sounds good. She said the video is AWFUL!
