Hi, everyone! We're home. We had SO MUCH FUN! We got there Friday at dinner and hung out with my mom and dad outside.





On Saturday, Lauren and Carson jumped in the river before ten AM. It was cold!



And then they warmed up:



Then Dan, Lauren, Carson, and I took a two hour raft trip down the Delaware.







Megan stayed home with Mom Mom and helped decorate this massive birthday cake for me:



On Sunday morning, a black bear ran throug hthe backyard. That was crazy to see so up close! Then we went fishing. Lauren and Dan stayed back at the cabin.





When we got back, we had to remove a big nasty tick from Megan's head. It was gross. Then she decided she was brave enough for the raft so we went again.



Lauren kept hurling herself overboard on purpose:



Then we got back, and Megan, Dan, and Pop Pop passed out.



Then we had another awesome meal and hung out outside again. Here's the view from their porch:

My parents are so wonderful. My dad played wiffle ball and Frisbee with Carson, taught her and Lauren how to play chess, and my mom played checkers and Tic Tac Toe with Carson for about two hours yesterday afternoon. They really do rock. I may take the girls back up there in July. Otherwise, we won't see them until we go to the beach in August.

The pond where we fished belongs to a neighbor of my parents. She owns about three hundred acres, and my dad hunts there and gets a lot of firewood from up there, too. We're not allowed to keep the fish....just catch and release. But we didn't kill any.
