Invite him over to watch movies, just the two of you. Then when he gets there, make sure someone else is there, )like your sister and her gay friend) this will make him want you more.
Then when your sister and friend leave, slip into something more "comfortable" like KISS PJ's, and then sit on the couch with him to watch movies.. but not too close! you don't want to make it too easy for him.
Also, don't look at him too much, you should just concentrate on the movie, that's why he's there right? Kissing would just make him miss important plot lines.
Then when the movie is over, you should walk him to the door. Men really don't appreciate a girl who kisses on a first date, so at the very most you should just do a sideways hug.
Oh, also, don't forget to borrow something of his so that you can see him again.
Does he like KISS? He must like animals. What does Peppy think? What does he do for fun? For a living? Are you going to have him over for Dr. Pepper and pizza?
He likes KISS, he knows I'm pretty far out in liking KISS. Peppy LOVES him. He knows about my brain and still likes me, which was very important. We went on a pizza date! He loves the kitties too! Sweetie finds me over on his porch talking to him and she'll lay down and park it there until I say "I have to feed the cats, I'll be right back.", and so I go feed them. Sweetie chases after me all the way to my apartment at feeding time. LOL! She knows where I go. There is a cat stalking me.

I mean the guy in real life. No reason he can't go out on a date with someone, if you guys are just friends at this point. I wouldn't totally count him out yet. He may never see that girl again.

I felt more uncomfortable for him because I showed up at the door Ginny. We are just friends and I had a cd player I bought him so he could listen to some cd's I burned for him. I asked the lady to give it to him. I was just gonna leave it, he was gettin ready to go. I'm the ass here I think.

Just kidding. What really will happen is that he'll still try to score with the other girl (because she's a challenge), knowing he's got a girl next door on standby just in case it doesn't work out. After it doesn't work out, he'll come over to you with his sob story, hoping for some rebound action. If this happens, you must reject him, unless you're really horny that night.
I have no idea what I'm talking about right now, so you can ignore all prior commentary noted above. If it's meant to be, it will happen. If not, at least you made a new friend. Personally, I think he should go out with you. You're far out. Apparently, he's far out. You can have a far out time together.
