If you invite people over for coffee what else should you serve besides coffee?

You mean, in terms of what other beverages, or what to go with the coffee?

Cake, or some cookies people can pick up and nibble on. Cake can get kind of messy and awkward, I would go with cookies. I'd go to the closest bakery you like and get a dozen or whatever, or just get one of those Pepperidge Farms samplers and put it out on a pretty plate where people can grab and nibble.

If you are asking what other beverages to have, I'd have tea, herbal tea, and water available.

Or you could go unconventional and do a burrito coffee mixer, but I don't think it would go over well.

It was just two people. Not a big DO.

Got the Pepperidge farm mint milanos. Thanks for the sparking that thought Ginny.

I have tea but no one wanted tea...or water.

Do people still invite people over for coffee?
I thought that was just a line to lure someone into their place in the hopes of getting some action at the end of a date.

Yeah, LOL at the meth.

Nothing like downing a bunch of coffee and getting all jittery and anxious and jagg'd.

Gotta add meth.

Screaming, psychotic, unbalanced, paranoid and hyper.

That ALWAYS add the LIVELY to a coffee klatch.

Geesh, really? It does sound like something my grandmother would've done in her day I guess. Ive become quite addicted to coffee and a couple of my friends have the same problem. We were going to a movie and meeting at my house so I thought Id have coffee.
