Mollie Sugden dies at 86

Mrs. Slocombe is no longer free. Actress Mollie Sugden has died at 86, after a long illness. Best known as the irascible Mrs. Slocombe in the long running British sitcom "Are You Being Served?" who famously cared a great deal about her pussy.

And I just learned Mr Humphries has been dead for 2 years.

Never saw any of her stuff.

Miss Brahms died in February, F-foxy. Captain Peacock, Mr. Rumbold, Mr. Lucas, and Mr. Spooner are all still alive though.

I watched that show religiously back in the early 90's. I always got a kick out it when she talked about her pussy.

That sucks! Mollie was my favorite.

My mom used to love that show. She had a coffee mug with Mrs Slocombe on it, that she got for PBS Pledge Week

I remember that show! Once in a while I would watch repeats! I liked it.
