Here's proof.

I didn't picture you having such gray, wiry hair.

Red Sox won.

It was hot, though.

But after the rainy month of June, it felt great. Yeah, we had fun.

What did John Hancock do for a living? I think we all know what Nancy Aglet did.

Please ignore that joke if you haven't memorized every Leslie Neilson movie ever made.

Looks like a good time, Caps!

Looks like you had a nice time. I am not happy that the Red Sox won. No, not a bit happy.

Looks like you had nice weather.

What's the reason for Rhode Island day?

I was there on 'Maine Day' a few weeks ago. I think they do every New England state during the course of the year. Someone from Maine threw out the first pitch. Maybe the Maine governor of 'Red Sox Nation' or something like that.

Doc's right. They celebrate all the New England states. They've been doing it for a few years now. Why they celebrate turncoat Connecticut, I don't know.

The Best part of the day was when they announced the Red Sox players going to the all-star game. They announced Tim Wakefield's name last. After 17 seasons in the Major leagues, 15 with the Red Sox, this will be Wakefield's first All-Star game. He recieved a very loud, very long, 3+ minute sustained standing ovation from the crowd at Fenway. It was the greatest ovation I've been a part of.

Here's a view from our seats in right

And Rhode Island's standard flying below Old Glory at Fenway. (I know it looks like a surrender, but there's an anchor and 13 stars with the word "HOPE" on it)
