Whatever you forgot to pack, you can buy there. The only advice I have, is really watch your stuff in Naples.
Oh, and also, be sure to take advantage of the drinking fountains everywhere in Rome. It's hella hot there.
And in Venice... you're not supposed to feed the pigeons anymore, they are fining people.
And florence, if you're going to go to the museum with The David, make a reservation first. It costs an extra 10 euro or something, but it will save you about 2 hours waiting in line.
The best pizza I had in Italy was at a little place in Rome. I don't know the name of it, but when you're at Trevi Fountain, if you're facing it, it's down the road to your left not too far on your right. It has tables outside.
And to get your bill, it's "il conto por favorey"
