I have spent the last 4 hours cramming for my live NFL fantasy football draft. I am playing with people who I love but I want to crush and demoralize for the next several months.
Summer just flew by didn't it? Ok... i procrastinated (HI TODD!) and waited until the 11th hour to study. I feel like I just pulled the MCATs/LSATs/SATs this afternoon. The draft doesn't start for another 2 hours and I just want a glass of wine.
Wish me luck. Live draft really matters. I need to kick some boy butt as I only took 3rd place last year.

I'm listening to the Yankees/Sox game on the radio. 5-2 Yanks. Doubtful that will be the final score. Gonna get in bed and probably doze off before the game is over. Go Yanks!
My SO-BOO is in my fantasy league and drafting from the home office. I will be on the laptop on wi-fi. I was thinking about dragging the laptop upstairs into the comfy bed, but that would so suck if I missed my turn by falling asleep.

I noticed a spider making webs in our back french door every night for the past week. I've checked in on him each night I was here. He built a beautiful web tonight, and we fed him a fly we caught. It was fascinating watching how fast he moved in on the fly, wrapped it, and then repaired his web. Gorgeous. I wonder what kind of spider he is.
Just got home and almost fell asleep on the freeway (typical Sunday afternoon behavior for me). Changed from work clothes into PJs/Lounging gear and waiting for the oven to heat up for pizza. And saying Ow every time I touch something with my right index finger.
I've been hanging around crying over sappy music all evening (hormonal? me? NEVER!) and now Rob and I are discussing what board games we'd like to add to our repertoire. We onlyy have Scrabble and Monopoly. I want Operation.
Soo.. it seems I am unalbe to start new threads here at work, so I"m piggybacking off Anny's since it's kinda relatedish.
I have nothing, absolutely nothing to do at work today cause I finished everything they had planned on me doing for the summer, and all the officers are out of the office today doing an on site inspection, so no one is here to find me busy work.
I'm staring out the window, looking at the reflection of my building in the building across the street, and wishing for this to happen
Looking up driving directions to where my SO is in rehab after having knee replacement surgery on his right knee, had the other one done 2 years ago.
Being such a fabulous driver and so good with directions, I am using google maps AND our GPS to get there. Think I'll find it?
