Ever since about March I've found that I'm getting hangovers more and more. Not really bad ones, just a headache that makes me not want to do anything.

I don't know if it's cause I'm getting old, or if maybe it's cause I've given up meat and I don't have amino acids or something in my system to help process the alcohol.

Headaches are caused mostly by dehydration. Make sure you have some Gatorade available the next morning.

I usually don't think of dehydration cause I drink like a gallon of water a day, but it might actually make sense, cause I know I was dehydrated while I was camping.

I've been avoiding this thread because I thought it was the thing that predicts what year you're going to die based on how many drinks you've had in your life and how many more it will take to kill you. I just know that one is going to tell me I've only got until November. But it's not that one and that made me smile and then I went and got another beer.
