I think I'm going to start this after my walk. Anyone want to do it with me?

Here's the first week's workout - anyone can do this!

1. Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

2. Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

Thats pretty much how I started running just over a year ago. I picked up a schedule, 90 days to run a 10K. After I got to the 5K I kinda dropped off, but can run 3-4 miles now so yay!

And is your walk coming up soon Ginny? I know you've told us tons, but how much longer do you have?

And btw, I am feeling like there is no way on earth I could do this right now. I went to an Angels game and drank too much, then came home and realized I had no food and was still probably too drunk to drive so I ordered a pizza. Then I ate too much. I feel like a bloated sack of crap at the moment.

More talk of running tomorrow when I am full of fruit, high fiber bread and water, and not pizza and beer.

Doing a 5k on the 19th! I've gotten to where I can run the whole 5k comfortably so I'm gonna ease it up to 3.5 miles and hopefully be doing 4 with ease pretty soon.
