So, my company writes tons of checks, and for the last 4 weeks I know that I've had to re-order, but I just don't wanna cuz it means a phone call and possibly having to fax a copy of the check to the check making company and so on.
This morning I was down to our last 20 checks so I had to order to make sure I didn't run out - (which actually I still may depending on how long it takes to get the new order in.) Took all of 2 minutes on the phone and wasn't a pain in the ass at all.
So what do you dread doing even though it really is easy as hell?

Calling service people for Dan. At our old house, it took me more than month to line up a few people to come over and give us estimates for a new driveway. He's at work all day and I'm not. If I have to time to talk to my mom for at least a half hour every single morning, not to mention my friends, surely I have time to get out the phone book or look up some company names and numbers on line, and get to calling. This also goes for getting the AC looked at last year, ordering firewood, and calling someone to look at the washing machine when we first moved in.
Calling my psychiatrist. I have refills left, but haven't seen him since late July/early August. I'm supposed to see him every two to three months and if I keep waiting, he won't have an appointment until December.
Absolutely no good reason. Just don't like doing it, I guess.
