This image was taken by a Canon A470, a pocket sized point and shoot camera, at 93,000 feet. The vessel was made of a beer cooler, a hand warmer, and a helium filled balloon.

The entire cost of this unmanned mission, which was conducted by 2 MIT students, cost only $150.
