I actually watched a new show last night! I watched Modern Family after DWTS and I really liked it. Laugh out loud funny, though Ed O'Neill's character's trophy wife....eh. After that, I watched the first ten minutes of Courteney Cox's new show Cougar Town, and I liked that, too. I don't know that I'll make it a point to watch it every week, but it was pretty funny.
Grey's Anatomy starts back up tonight. I'm praying I can get the girls home from Girl Scouts (Carson's)at 8:30, into PJs, teeth brushed, and into bed by 8:59 so I can watch the whole thing in peace and quiet. Probably not.
Oh, and I have a friend on Facebook who's still wondering if George is dead.
Flash Forward does look good from the previews. When does it start/come on? I believe it's on ABC no?
God, finding new tv shows to watch is like having to start dating again after years and years. I'm in pre-mourning for LOST ending next year and TB being over until next summer.
I was out at the bar last night with a group of friends, and where I was sitting, I was facing a long group of what we decided were football players. At one point, I saw one of the football players punch another one in the jaw, and instead of getting angry the punchee turned back to look at the puncher with his tongue extended and his mouth open, and and a weird look of excitement in his eyes.
In that moment I was totally like "OMG, it's just like TB!" But no one at the table with me watched the show.
Caught the Good Wife last night. Not sure when it comes on, because we have it set to record. I liked it; thought it was fairly realistic. Although my judgment could have been clouded by the presence of Julianna Margulies, who I could stare at pretty much all day and never get bored.
