I believe bi-weekly would be every other week, and bi-monthly would be every other month.

Yeah. Bi weekly is every other week. Usually comes up in conversation as "I get paid bi-weekly" (meaning, every other week).

Bi Monthly I have never heard, but it sounds like a mazagine devoted to those who go both ways.

And semi-weekly means twice a week, though I never use that term.
