Further to Ginny's post about reeling in the t.p. that ran away from her bathroom stall at work: do you mind when a lady chats you up from another stall?
I'm pretty sure it's taboo for men to speak while standing at a urinal. I really wish women would follow this code in the workplace. At a bar? Cool. At the mall with my sister? Chat away. You're my coworker/boss/IT person and I'm trying to pee? Shaddup, already.
She is someone I am friends with, and we walked in the bathroom at the same time so it was just a continued conversation from the hallway but normally I don't like having to make small talk - and it's really awkward when someone starts up a conversation from the next stall.
Yeah, sometimes unavoidable. I just don't get people that try to strike up conversation from the next stall. And here I am all - what's that? I can't hear you over my pee stream, dolt. Can this wait 45 seconds? Sheesh.
Like I said though - in a bar? It's all fair game. I might be standing in the same stall with you because I HAVE to tell you about this dude that just blah blah blah I'm superdrunkcakes.
