1) I slept ok, I kept falling into the same dream where I had to make flowers out of tissues for the owner of my company. It was very stressful and it would wake me up and Id consider which owner Ive worked for that had me do that, and I'll fall right back into it.
2) 2 pillows
3) Bottom sheet on mattress of course, covered by a top sheet, a light blanket and a duvet.
4) On right side.
5) No animals
6) Windows closed, but heat goes down to 65 during the night
When she choses not to eat her breakfast and then cries and wants a second dinner, then her "gastro clock" gets all messed up. I always take her one last time before bed but if nothing's gonna happen then nothing's gonna happen, you know?
She sleeps in my room with me (actually she has run of the house at night) so if she needs anything she lets me know. I try and compromise "Stevie, it's early go back to bed" because sometimes she just wants cuddles and will go back to sleep.
1. How many pillows? One throw pillow behind my head when I fell asleep on the couch watching General Hospital on Soapnet. Then I moved upstairs and used two.
2. How many blankets? One lightweight throw when I fell asleep on the couch watching General Hospital on Soapnet. Then I woke up freezing and went upstairs, where I was under a sheet, a comforter, the bedspread, and a second comforter.
3. Which position to start? Uncomfortable.
4. Stuffed animals or regular animals on bed? Just a little monkey named Megan.
5. Window open or closed? CLOSED! It was 36 when we got up today.
1. 3 Pillows: One for head, one to hug and one between legs. I don't like my knees touching for some reason.
2. Sheet and comforter, but not at the same time.
3. usually start on left side.
4. No animals.
5. Windows closed.
I have the beginnings of a cold, so my nose gets stuffed up at night, making me snore. Jeff thinks the snoring will stop if I turn onto my side (I usually sleep on my back). Since the kids and dogs always used to migrate into our bed and Jeff ended up getting squeezed out of the bed, the conversation always goes like this in the middle of the night:
J: Liz, can you go on your side?
L: I AM on my side!!! (of the bed) ZZZZZZZZsnortZZZZZZZsnortZZZZZZZZ
I don't really sleep anymore unless it is drug aided.
1) one pillow
2) one comfukter
3) start on my left side, move to my back, eak out wee small hours on my right side
4) Start with Dagmar at my feet, there is a trade off sometime during the night with Marlin Brandow, then Dagmar again and come about 6:00 in the morning wet noses in my face eventually followed by full on body slams. (Well, not lately anyways. NO JUMPING ON ME!)
5) CLOSED. Heating pad, Ibufriggenprofen, the dogs are still smelly.
2. How many blankets? 1 sheet, 1 blanket, 1 comforter
3. Which position to start? On left side.
(Ending position: Same exact position except with my head near the foot of the bed and my feet on the pillows)
4. Stuffed animals or regular animals on bed? No stuffed or regular animals, and if I had regular animals I'm guessing they would want no part of me doing those 180s as often as I seem to do.
I don't think I want to know. If my sleeping self is content in doing just that and only that then I'm totally ok with it. At least it's better than my sleeping self getting out of bed and hiding my pens and moving canned goods around my apartment which it used to do just a couple of years ago.
