Wow. I missed our local news about this tonite but just caught up with things on cnn.com.

Reporting now that the shooter was a psychiatrist who was going to be deployed to Iraq and wasn't happy about that. Of Jordanian background but he was born in Virginia and graduated from VT.

Luby's was a strange day. We went out to lunch (Whataburger, I think) and saw all of the emergency vehicles and stuff. We heard about it on the radio as we watched. Crazy.
