You gotta be pretty devoted to do up any of these...

But if you had to-- what brand would you brand yourself with?

I don't think I could ever go with a brand name. A band name maybe, or a band logo. But not a product. You may as well have a tattoo saying "I love materialism" or "Capitalism rules".

But out of the above examples, I guess the Fender and the Triumph ones are the coolest. Because guitars and motorcycles will always have that outlaw chic.

They left out one of the biggies - Harley Davidson.

My marketing prof in b-school said, "Now THAT is brand power. When you can get your customers tattooing your logo on their ass, you've really accomplished something."

It's a goal I'm working toward.

I thought of Harley Davidson too, Squid . . . I've seen LOTS of those.

I would never want a logo tattoo, but tOdd did say, "if you HAD to...". I'd probably go with this:

If I had to?

Do the Red Sox count as a company? happy.gif

OK, OK...

If I had to be a walking billboard for a national brand, I guess I'd go with some product that's been totally tried and true for me down the line.

So it'd be Honda, or Immodium (only OTC med that does it's job every single time for me), or maybe Skil.

The brands I feel loyalty for are far too lame to have tattooed into my flesh for all to see. For example, this Tolkien tattoo doesn't seem too terrible. That counts as a brand, right?

It would probably have to be starbucks, and that makes me sad. I'm not loyal to any other products that I can think of.

I'd probably go with a GTI logo. It is a car that will always be near my heart.

I appreciate these:

I almost made my mom cry once because I so convincingly Photoshopped a picture of John McCain onto my shoulder and told her that I'd gotten it as a tattoo. I made that last one.
