It depends who posts it. If you post it, 'Neady, I'll watch the entire thing. If it's Koool, maybe a few seconds just to see what it is. If Arwen posts it, I usually try to get it taken down by firing off an angry letter to YouTube citing copyright infringement.

Smirk! I have seen the English Beat more times than I can count. I even got to see them in Cambridge, UK, where they are originally from. They come to SD all the time and I quite stalk them.

First time I saw them they opened for the Police. Always a great show.

I was checking out a couple of the local venues I like for Saturday stuff, and saw they were playing, read the description on the venue site and was all like, 'i sorta like ska=flavored Kool Aid'. Then I you tubed 'em on up and came across that song, which I didn't even realize that I do in fact know, so, ummm, yeah.

They have a local Clash tribute band opening which should make it double fun.

Oh I will bet you know at least a few more of their songs, Smirk. Save It For Later is great. How about Mirror in the Bathroom?

And then the group split up and a few of them formed General Public. You know Tenderness? They do lots of General Public stuff in their shows too.

Oh and just to claify - they're not from Cambridge. You meant that they come from the UK, but not specifically Cambridge, right? They're from the Birmingham area - my old stomping ground.

There is another band also called "The Beat". They aren't well known (from the 80s). I have their album on vinyl.

I think it's abiguous. I know it could also parse down to "Can not someone please stop him?" but it's also logical to read it the other way, thus half of the viable interpretations of the sentence are that it's a double negative.
