I really disagree about the pack mentality, anonny. Ginny, Rory, actually several of us, all tried to give him an exit as he was painting himself in a corner (with humor, or changing the subject, etc) and he just would NOT take it. I agree with the Anon to a certain degree about the pack mentality thing. I think it's wise to consider that stuff before joining in what does often amount to cyber bullying. I can't excuse Mr Wing's behaviour, but I definitely felt he was being picked on.

For the record, I stayed well back until he insulted my friends. Then I engaged lightly (for me).
