SO i have my boys (mine) and my GIRLS - they are two girls from the neighborhood and went to school with my boys and they 4 of them were fast friends. I am still very close with the girls.

So all this Rundgren talk made me go look up the guy a little bit.

I had no idea he sang Hello it's me or I saw the light. Not that those are songs I truly LOVE, but I surely know them.

I also didn't know that he's the guy who raised Liv Tyler, and that Liv thought he was her father until age 9.

In some of the old clips I just watched, he looks like a cross between Bowie and Freddie Mercury.

I like his stuff though! Interesting.

Thanks Anny and ED for making me a little smarter about another part of the music world with your unbridled enthusiasm for this guy!

He also produced the Psychedelic Furs' album Pretty in Pink and Meatloaf's Bat Out of Hell.
