I know the term "chipotle" has gotten so gimmicky that it's hard to take seriously. That said, Tobasco's product is so good I'd use it as a steak sauce, and I don't believe in adulterating my steaks with anything remotely sub-par.
Normally, I don't use anything except homemade dry spice blends on my steak. Tobasco has made the only commercial product that I have found worthy of accompanying my steak. It's that good.
I won't hesitate to put a bunch of A1 steak sauce on an over cooked steak. That is, if I'm eatIng at someone's house. If they've got A1 in the fridge, it's a safe bet they routinely ruin their steaks. So, I just go with it.
at a restaurant, that steak gets sent back.
I like the sriracha. Also a Barbados mustard based hot sauce is good.

The chinese take out place near my house gives you little cups of sriracha with your to go orders. I have a hard time eating rice wihout it.
I also really like that Trader Joe's terriyaki sauce, I always have a bottle in my fridge.
I discovered that Target has frozen butternut squash recently, which means I've been making butternut squash soup like twice a week. Can't think of anything else.
Is it available everywhere? For BBQ sauce, we usually use a local one (Phil's BBQ sauce).
There is this cafe called Mad Dog's in PB and they have this sauce called Mad Sauce which is crazy good. I tried googling to see if there was a copycat recipe or something and found out there is a thing called Mad Dog Sauce that I had never heard of but it isn't the same thing anyway.
I've seen this - called basa where I shop. It's a SE Asian catfish. I've been reconsidering how I buy fish. I'm not made of money, but apparently the fish from SE Asia isn't well-regulated - and is often found at Costco, where I shop. All the articles will tell you to buy US-raised fish, but it's very costly. But I want to eat fish because it's healthy (supposedly - when it's not full of mercury). Catch 22.
Coincidence! Just last weekend I was considering buying swai as it was on sale (like 50% off) and I was kind of wanting fish. I had never heard of it before and had no idea what it actually was so I didn't get it.
Because I have no idea how to pronounce "swy" I had to look it up. According to dictionary.com it's an Australian word "swy (swa)
n
(Austral) another name for two-up
If it pleases the court, I'd like to table a motion to let the joke stand. The exact nature of the thing those "two" are supposed to be "up" still mystifies me.
I haven't tried the chipotle Tabasco sauce, but I use the Habanero Tabasco on EVERYTHING. It's so darn tasty! The sriracha sauce is awesome too. I love it on sushi.
