I would get it checked out for sure. I know that when I was working towards my diagnosis (brain thingy as well) a CT scan wasn't helpful but at least you would be starting your journey to figuring out what's going on. That was helpful for me.

When you say "asleep" do you mean like tingly like when your foot is asleep?

It could be that you need glasses/stronger glasses. I would see the eye dr as well

Try to define if its inside or outside your skull. Inside=brain problem, outside=nerve problem. I know its a weird concept, but I had to learn how to define the difference between migranes and tension headaches...
