i noticed that the crosman quest 500 cocks only a 90 degree angle while the crosman quest 1000 extends quite far past that point. is it possible that there is just a stop on the cocking lever that only lets you cock it a certain distance and that actually still has the main spring not a smaller spring?
if so, how would i extend the cocking lever or if not when i replace the main spring would it still only cock at a 90 degree angle and still get the more power?
