I'd get rid of Donaghy and Letts

They should try to trade for a top notch 20 year old. Dustin's tough but did not bring much to the table at all in the playoffs.

Letts is a wild card but from what I hear, the organization feels he embarrassed them with some of his antics this year so I don't think he'll be around.
