Euro Draft question...

Maybe this is somewhere below and I missed it, but are the Chiefs expecting Roman (89) back this year? If not are the Chiefs slotted for a Euro-Draft position? I know Ulmer is coming back, but if the team isn't sure about Roman they should make a draft selection, right?
