It's been bugging me for a while but does anybody know what that track is that comes on directly after the Basement Jaxx/Clash "Magnificant Romeo", and prior to the Beach Boys vs Michael Jackson bootleg?.

Cheers,

Didn't hear the set, but I have an mp3 of Magnificent Romeo which mixes (badly) into "Jacques Your Body" by Les Rhythmes Digitales. So that might be it.

Dunno what it is, but it's got the line "You've got me in a state of shock, look at me, look at me" as the only (whispered) vocal, if that helps anyone...

Don't think the vocal belongs with it (neither does the Britney vocal which comes in over the top), just like the tune and it works in my view just wondered if anyone new what it was.

It's got 2 possibilities:

1.Stevie Nicks - Stand Back

or

2.Thee Jamie Starr Scenario - Welcome To Thee Light

The second one heavily samples the first one, hence the doubting ;)

But I think it's the second one !

No need to thank me,just listen to my mix that'll be broadcasted 10 pm CET,9pm UK time on www.pukkel-radio.tk

(my mix is also broadcasted weekly on a local radio station)

The show's called Mixion:Impossible ?
Thanks for listening !

(also take a look @ www.mixion.tk)

I've already been down this path and yes it is Thee Jamie Starr Scenario. However I'm a bit confused about the actual track title. There seems to be some confusion about what the track is called or if there are two subtley different tracks.

I got Welcome to thee Lite off Audiogalaxy but it has no vocal on it. On the other hand I found Welcome to thee Glitz on the Radio 1 website here http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/dance/es_071201.shtml Which is apparently the same.

I'm confused and would like to buy this so if anyone knows whether it's getting a full release let us know.

Glad it's not just me that think this track works really well. Expect the vocal is off another track - would be handy to know which one you want though.

Sorry mate. I picked up a copy in the Greenwich branch of Music Video Exchange on sunday. It was a one sided promo but I won't tell you how much I payed as it'll make you sick.

The vocal bit going on a about a state of shock is from State of Shock by teh Jacksons.

But what is that track that starts then get's interrupted by the WFST clip?

The World Famous Supreme Team.

It's a clip of a their radio show from the Duck Rock LP.

P.S. the Housekat track is actually called Welcome 2 Thee Lite
