Hello,
I'm fascinated with remixing/sampling and want to give it a shot.
I have acid pro 3.0,can sample and do the mixing with this? Or do I need A wave editor also?

You can use acid to play, loop and generally muck around with chunks of audio files but it doesn't actually edit them. For that you'll need something like Sound Forge (also from Sonic Foundry) or Cool Edit Pro. Other sample editors include - Wavelab, Sound Probe, Goldwave
