well, play once and destroy just about sums up rather a lot of the tracks made by bootleggers.
download, play, delete.
or, if you do what I do, download, listen while it downloads, then 99% of the time ditch it.
my bootleg mp3 collection is almost non-existant.
very very few make it.

the very nice beach boys / spacemen 3 track.
i take it all of sonof's don't count?
there are 7 gigs of loops,
several hundred assorted mp3's of which there are 253 acapellas.

i agree with u about bootlegs:
but it's no different than the music world at large -- 99% of all music released nowadays is crap
but that's what's fun about dj'ing...pickin the gems from the manure
but fixate on the smell?
just buy a noseplug and move on...
