You could look into Touch Math. It is a bit pricey but you might find it used. It is a program the schools use. There are dots on numbers and the system uses the dots to do math. Semple Math is a program also used for LD kids. They are at

You could also check at LD on Line and see if they list anything specific for spatial or visual problems. They are a great free resourse. They are at www.ldonline.org/
