Acknowledging you are entitled to your opinion. NO I am/was not a groupie. My point was there were activities, not just a bunch of people standing in front of Coco Bongo doing nothing. There was a basketball tournament, on the Boat ride over to the Island of women he held contests, even on the island he had things to do.
Now there are just parties, with the same 2/3 djs, who being from NYC I can hear daily. Then Puffy had dj's from all across the country.
"My first time going was in 1999 when I was 18yrs old fresh out of high school, and I think its better now that you don't have gay ass puffy and other celebrities there driving up the price of parties that are so so at best.
Cancun is a way better party atmosphere now, cause you don't have people looking for Puffy and celebrities. There are more venues now and as many people.. I can't do the groupie thing, sorry. But if you been going so long, I have to give you credit.

Not looking for 'credit' just stating my opinion as I knew it way back compared to now.
And FYI.....I live in NYC looking for celebrities is as easy as going out to Dunkin Donuts for my morning danish. Don't have to go all the way to Mexico for that.
