Okay.. so here is how it went down!
THE BEST THINGS ABOUT THE WEEKEND
THE HOST HOTEL WAS CRAZY EVERYDAY!!!
...im not making this up trailor video coming.... it was packed and everyone was having such a good time that it became the meet and greet all on it own!
We tried to move the meet and greet to the club but even after the music was turn off the lobby just got more packed!
THE BEACH PARTY WAS INSANE!!!!
...it was an in-door out door venue that let out to the beach! We have the music, bottles, and food poppin for hours! shyt even had the game on a projector right off the ocean!
THE PARTIES WERE PACKED EVERY NIGHT!!!
...with the exception of Thursday,(650) at least 2k-2.5k a night +
It was very clear that the venues walls could not hold all of us!
But each night the venues we had got bigger and bigger!!! (we had no idea so many people were coming) so by sunday it was a wrap!
THERE WAS A GREAT MIX OF PEOPLE!
...it was not just NYC at this event,
we had CALI - HOUSTON -Chi-town- Alabama- Tn - Fla - ATL -Tx (all ova), Kansas (yes Kansas) Denver even had Mississippi in the house!
THINGS TO WK ON FOR NEXT YEAR! - and not so good things
-It did rain the first part of the weekend but it stop'd, then it was off and on drive by showers but it never rained during our events.
-Yes by 1a the club saturday was ova capacity so those that showed late or did not wait, did not get it.
- This is already in the wks but our host hotel has to be closer to natural action.
-We will have a wider range of parties for all age groups
we had the 30-35 and ova crowd that wanted something different than what we had for the 25 and over crowd, but everyone had a good time.
ALL AND ALL WE HAD A GREAT TIME!!! NEXT YEAR ITS GOING DOWN!!!!
