1. I have a 7th grade son, and I understand english class is tought only to the 6th grade. Does anyone have information on a home schooling course?

2. I was planning on bringing a laptop computer. Will this be useful?

3. I called rental listings I received from Dr. Kirkby but all said no vacancies any contacts I can call or should I just wait and go down to island a couple of weeks before?

As far as the english courses for your son.. I dont know anything about.

A laptop, from what I have heard is recommended, but not required. Personally, I think its essential.. who has the energy and time to lug around a desktop. Also, there is a weight limitation on the flights to the island, so this helps too.

The rentals... most places are $650 a month.. first semester students live in dorms... but.. if you want a place yourself I would think going out there a couple weeks early is a good move since every semester, other students are graduating.
