Here is a cute sample from the latter:
Rev 8:7 - All of the grass on earth is burned up, and then...
Rev 9:4 - An army of locusts, which is about to be turned loose on the earth, is instructed not to harm the grass.

As for different versions:
We're not just talking about minor differences in style. There are major theological differences between, say, the Catholic version and King James, and debate rages as to which is the "real" version.
