the merit of believing in more lives than one... if you believed you had an eternity anyway, (and again, i would say that with or without god, the fact that you exist at all means there is no way of ensuring that you will never exist again, even identically. existance itself is a zero-odds condition, so odds clearly don't MATTER outside of existance- obviously anything, if anything, odds-wise can come into being... but back to what i was saying...) if you believed you had unlimited money, would you spend more, or less on other people? so then, if you believed you had an eternity, (with or without a god,) would you spend more, or less time on other people?
