you're missing the point

the reason people have problems with XP is that they suck at computers. there's not a single OS you can put in those people's hands that they're not going to screw up. and if you think you should recommend that those people try one of the other OSes, you're crazy. i could understand Mac, perhaps that would be easier, but linux, unix, bsd, dos, solaris, you've got to be kidding me. windows is an awesome os.
