NOW you get it Ben!

Imagine this: Fishermen harvest king crab in the Bering Strait risking their lives in the middle of a windy, freezing cold and stormy sea. Many fellow fishermen die every year. They rush back to port when they net as much as the can and there is a rumor prices might drop at the cannery.

When the cannery unloads the crab pots, one of the crew has to make sure they don't cheat them on the weights. Normally the crab ship crew only gets about ONE DOLLAR a pound. Each crew member can make over $30K per voyage, but they seldom sleep for weeks.

I buy them in a store for $15 a pound! The middle men make all of the money. They never risked their lives or got frostbite, but they make the big bucks!

Same thing with stocks and mutual funds! There are trade fees and management fees plus some of them DO tell secrets. Daytraders pay a fee for every trade! Some internet trading places only cost about $5. YOU risk your money and they make money whether you do or not. With computers and the internet today we shouldn't even need the jerks!
