I was watching a television program with my son today about animals. One segment was about the potency of the poison in a newt. The host said that studies have concluded a newt bite can kill 10,000 mice or 1,000 crows. I wonder how much money gets spent of this kind of crap or maybe the problem is that we need to spend even more money on these projects; that way, we would also know if the poison from a newt bite could put a hippo out of work for two days! (lol)
No animals were actually harmed in this little attempt of a humorous distraction. Please do not respond in any serious matter about the worthiness or lack thereof concerning research studies. The truth is I actually do not give 10,000 rats #$$es about the subject, as the 1,000 crows fly.
